FORMA: Walking with God, together

Sunday, October 3rd we will be beginning our JWC FORMA Initiative, you can read all about it here: https://jwcspokane.com .

The Hebrew people spent almost a year at Mount. Sinai.

Exodus 24:3-4 "When Moses went and told the people all the Lord’s words and laws, they responded with one voice, “Everything the Lord has said we will do. Moses then wrote down everything the Lord had said."

During those formative months Moses and the other leaders taught (catechized) the people to know, understand, remember and put in practice the law of God. It took time, it always takes time.

This year we will seek to do the same in a number of different contexts. We hope you will dive in and make the most of the tools, times and teachings provided to help you grow deeper and stronger in our faith.

“And now just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him, too, for each day’s problems; live in vital union with him. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him. See that you go on growing in the Lord, and become strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with joy and thanksgiving for all he has done.” - Colossians 2:6-7
